Beware of your diets

ever heard of Atkins diet? read an article in newspaper titled "Now Atkins diet gives you blues"..........

The Atkins diet was at the centre of the new health fears last night after researches claimed it could trigger depression. it had already come under fire from some experts who say it could lead to long-term health problems such as kidney damage and diabetes. Now American scientists say it might also harm mental health by leaving dieters feeling grumpy, tired, apathetic and restless...bla bla bla..If you stop eating carbohydrates naturally raise levels of the brain chemical serotonin, which makes you feel happy and also suppresses appetite...yada yada yada...On top of this, filling up on fatty foods like meat and cheese added to feelings of tiredness, lethargy and apathy..end


so for all dieters out there..be careful of what you eat..not much activity today..just 2 classes one at 9 and one at 12..theres 2 hours gap between classes and luckily my house was just 15 mins walk from Univ..went back and make some coffee..yummy..maybe later tonight going to the swimming pool..yeehaaa..can get into the sauna and steam room..hahaha..ok then..enough crap for today..am feeling sappy ..dont know why..not enough carbohydrates?
